The Schwinger Sever: The Threshold Sever, Spent in Electromagnetism

About this paper

One step of the program — the threshold sever: a bound system holds to a set amount and then shears — exported to electromagnetism, at the census grade ADDRESS, its toll paid in public. The toll, registered in advance: the frame's threshold structure, its counting form and its grain, had to price something in Schwinger's known pair-production rate — either the exponential exp(−π E_c/E) or its prefactor — before any fitting. It prices neither: the counting form is a rational number built from integers, no count in the frame produces π or the 1/E dependence, and the Schwinger vacuum does not hold and then shear — its rate is nonzero at every field strength, so E_c is a scale where the leak gets fast, not a point where a held system parts. The cell S2×EM grades RHYME, downgraded from ADDRESS, in the paper's own print.
