The papers of William Alexander Aldred
Fifteen physics papers, published with permanent DOIs, on the vacuum-energy problem — the 122-orders-of-magnitude gap between the vacuum energy quantum theory predicts and the value cosmology observes — attacked inside Einstein–Cartan gravity, where the spin of matter twists spacetime itself.
The program's spine is the Aldred Limit: a pinned density at which fermion spin caps gravitational compression, replacing singularities with bounces. Around it, the papers map what the frame can prove, what it cannot, and exactly where the remaining problem lives. Nothing here claims a solved cosmological constant problem — the papers grade themselves, in print.

The Aldred Limit: Pinning the Einstein–Cartan Spin–Density Bound — A bottom-up derivation, a prescription verdict, and a falsifiable claim
Fermion spin caps gravitational compression at ρ_A ≈ 10^55 g/cm³ — the Kopczyński–Trautman bounce density of 1972–73, pinned bottom-up rather than quoted to an order of magnitude.
Two Bounds and an Integration Constant: The Kopczyński–Trautman pin, the de Sitter floor, and the open value problem
The ultraviolet bound and the de Sitter floor placed in one framework, with the cosmological constant demoted to an integration constant — and a plain statement of what it does not solve.
Supplementary Memos for “Two Bounds and an Integration Constant”
The three working memos behind Two Bounds: the pin calibration memo, the Route E (vacuum attack) design memo, and the two-clock stress test memo.
The Constant Changes Address: The Vacuum-Energy Problem After a Two-Boundary Pairing Attack
The state of the attack after six further rounds of derivation: the vacuum-energy budget relocates but is never fixed. A relocation with a map — and no solution claimed.
The Crossing Charges Nothing: An Obstruction Census for Vacuum-Energy Mechanisms in Einstein–Cartan Cosmology
A census, not a solution: inside a specified Einstein–Cartan frame, the observed vacuum energy cannot be a prediction. The gap stands at 121.5 dex, unpriced in every part.
No Derivation in the Frame: The Complete Einstein–Cartan Search for the Vacuum Conversion and Its Terminal Position
The complete in-frame search for the vacuum conversion: nine waves, every door closed by an exact identity, a theorem, or a computed number. The negative result is the result, and it is complete in-frame.
Static Defects Carry No Nieh–Yan Charge: A Legs Theorem for Torsion Defect Networks in Einstein–Cartan Gravity
A theorem, not an estimate: a static defect network carries a Nieh–Yan density that is identically zero. The defect's genuine quantum is the Burgers holonomy b.
Creation Events Are Nieh–Yan Charged: The Charge Law Q = b·L, the Stretch Bound, and Equilibrium Collapse in Einstein–Cartan Gravity
A defect-creation event is Nieh–Yan charged — exactly Q = b·L — but equilibrium collapse returns the net charge to zero: dynamics adds maintenance, never number.
There Is No Twisted Vacuum: Torsion, Rotation, and the Junction Ledger in Einstein–Cartan Gravity
A twisted vacuum is not a state Einstein–Cartan gravity contains: zero spin density means zero torsion on any metric. The junction ledger balances, and the formalism assigns the interface no entropy.
Propagation Is Not Enough: The Minimal Propagating-Torsion Extension Has No Vacuum Twist
Adding a kinetic term lets torsion travel but not rest: the potential's curvature at the origin is positive at every κ, so the minimal propagating-torsion extension has no vacuum twist.
Axiom H: Horizon Saturation as an Identity — A Drafted Axiom, Its Two Addresses, and Its Price
An axiom, proposed as an axiom: horizon saturation adopted as an identity buys the saturation lock at a stated price — and does not buy the residue 2.055. The decision is recorded as open and unmade.
One Flaw, Two Residues: The Exhaustion of the Single-Imperfection Conjecture in Einstein–Cartan Cosmology
Conjecture C — one imperfection behind both cosmic residues — is dead by exhaustion: no derivation in the framework produces either residue from the pin.
The ε_eff Turnover Is Exactly 3/16 ε_Pl — and It Is Inert
The ε_eff turnover is exactly 3/16 ε_Pl — real, exact, and inert: it sits a factor 10^19.149 higher in number density than the Aldred pin, and enters the pin nowhere.
The Generation Map Has a Fixed Point: Inheritance Self-Consistency in Bounce Cosmologies
Solved on its full five-component state, the generation map of a bounce cosmology has a discrete fixed abundance — and the fixed point fixes inheritance, not Λ: the vacuum channel still misses by about 29 dex.
Three Fences Any Λ Mechanism Must Pass: Identity Channels, Continua, and Dial Audits
Three frame-independent fences any Λ mechanism must pass — the identity-channel test, the continuum test, and the dial audit — calibrated against sequestering, relaxation, and unimodular proposals.
