The Neutrino as Axial Carrier: The Creation-Charge Law Priced Against the Oscillation Ledger - and Found to Share a Word, Not a Mechanism

About this paper

The weak sector has one fermion that lives almost wholly on the axial side of its ledger: the neutrino, left-handed in every interaction measured. This paper prices the program’s creation-charge law, Q = b·L, against the oscillation ledger — the toll registered in advance in the Transplant Census: fix b from the home frame, compute an oscillation-phase or spin-precession shift, and grade it against published precision. The pricing was run three ways — the letter, the scale, and the sector’s own equilibrium — and all three return the same answer. The L in the home law is a length of created defect line, not lepton number; b is frame-free at home and its dial runs the dimensionless charge from 0.25 to 7.106153 × 10^52, so any shift the data allow can be fit and none is predicted; and an oscillation baseline in vacuum is an equilibrium background, where the home law’s own collapse result predicts a phase shift of exactly zero — the same zero the Standard Model predicts, bought with no new contact. Cell S4×WEAK grades RHYME, printed in the paper’s own abstract: the bridge between the two fields is the word axial, used in both, meaning a current in one and a chirality in the other. The home headline is not spent: the vacuum catastrophe stands NOT SOLVED.
