About this paper

With the barrier law closed at premise grade, the confinement quality is set by the radiate channel, whose numbers rested on three assumed tags: cord stiffness ĉ = 1, history factor H = 1, geon factor g_E = 1. This paper prices all three from Candidate W's tube structure. ĉ is CONSTRAINED to [8.40×10³³, 8.40×10³⁵] (the frame ratio (M_P/T_A)² times a profile factor in [0.01, 1]); the geon relation is INAPPLICABLE to a flux-tube neck and its slot is CONSTRAINED by the tube's own energy, g_E,eff in [2.1, 207]. H is the wall: inside the selected drive's corner H lies in [0, 4.20×10⁻⁴], exactly 0 in the amplitude reading, and τ_confine proportional to 1/H² diverges in the theory's exact limit; H's finite part is priced by no premise on file. Restated floor, tags printed: τ_confine ≳ 1.17×10⁻¹⁷ s, R ≳ 1.81×10⁴; the gate R > 1 stands with ~4 orders of margin. CORRECTION OF RECORD: the waking report's conditional bounds (2.5×10¹⁶ to 2.5×10¹⁸ s) DO NOT SURVIVE — they rest on ĉ = 1, contradicted by ~36 orders, and on a violent-bound Q_GW ~ 10⁴¹ that the source computation does not produce (its violent bound is 9.7427×10⁹; the 10⁴¹ figure is its twist-store line at φ = 0.25). Finite τ_confine: NOT PRODUCED. The vacuum catastrophe is NOT SOLVED.
