Entropy per Creation Event: A Charged Event Carries No Priced Entropy in the Frame

About this paper

A creation event is charged — Q = b·L, proved in the companion work. Does it also carry an entropy, a priced number of horizon degrees of freedom belonging to the event itself? Three candidate prices were registered in advance: the charge price S = Q/(4 l_P²), reading the charge as a Wald area; the grain price, ln 2 per grain under a total cap of N·ln 2 = 284.88 nats at N = 411; and zero. None survives as a derived price — the charge price inherits the charge law's two free dials and runs from 0.25 to 7.106153 × 10^52 nats, and a cap bounds what an event can cost without setting what it does cost. The verdict is an obstruction, printed at full size: the per-event entropy is NOT PRICED by anything in the frame, and the missing object is named — a degeneracy ln D_event, computed from the frame's dynamics, that turns an area into a count without fixing b or L by decree.
