No Law at the Rim: Five Law-Classes Against the Rim Level, and the Declared Board Weighed

About this paper

In my Einstein–Cartan frame the neck has a rim. I have said what sets its outer edge in a picture: the rim is where torsion lets go. Formalized, the neck's outer radius is R_out = n·ℓ_T, the grip fraction at the rim is α_rim = y(R_out) = 1/n, and the sever law's dilution is d = 1/n^2. The corpus I have built owns exactly one transverse profile shape — the grip y(r) = ℓ_T/r, equivalently the density ε = ρ_A·g(ℓ_T/r) — and a shape is not a level. This paper attacks the missing level, α_rim, through the five law-classes the corpus can state: sever-measure normalization, mode-count and spectrum closure, entropy budget, balance conditions, and fixed-point / self-consistency. All five close NO-GO, each with its mechanism printed. The one balance in the corpus that returns a rim number from an owned functional lives behind a door I withdrew on October 30, 2026 — the fence was reached, and it was not crossed, and the balance is adoption-grade even behind the door. α_rim therefore stands as a free constant of the construction, proven free as far as the five classes reach. A second front weighs the declared board on the same terms. The store count N_c = 411 survives as a founding given, honestly labeled. The fossil share δ = 11/400 is u(1)'s declaration in another dress, spent nowhere, and I recommend its retirement. One sub-item is derived: the two-valuedness of axial sign about one axis. And one item stands exposed at full size: u(1) = 11/411, equivalently the shear extent m = 200, is a mid-proof declaration sitting inside the composition that produces my headline toll — the board's one surviving declaration of that species, with its three retiring residues named. The computation behind this paper is level-law-hunt.py, 17/17 checks, exit 0.
