About this paper

A record note, filed by the Kill-File Recovery Loop to keep the two addresses of the same digits separate in the public record. In There Is No Twisted Vacuum (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23698091), the factor 1.027500 appears as a dial setting: values of Ω or σ solved so the construction touches the measured toll 3ΩΛ = 2.055 at 1.027500× frame scale. In The Factor and the Floor v3 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.23773739), the same digits carry a second, independent address: the factor's form produced from declared premises — factor = N/M, residue = (N−M)/M — returning 411/400 = 1.027500 at the adopted counts, the integers adopted, never derived, at declaration grade. The note states what each address is, once each: a counting form at declaration grade does not convert the earlier paper's dial exhibits into outputs, does not touch its forcing step σ = 0 ⇒ 𝒯 = 0, and does not price the toll. The earlier verdict stands exactly as published. Grade: record note; no new derivation asserted at any grade; the vacuum catastrophe stands NOT SOLVED / PARTIAL, and the producing-count at derivation grade is 0.
