William Alexander is the pen name of William Alexander Aldred, a novelist from Flint, Michigan. Under that byline he wrote the Codex Universe — five novels published in the fall of 2026 that tell one story across four timelines: a man writing a code to protect the human mind from the machine age, a twin who jumped and was lied about, and the keepers who carried the rough telling of the truth across the ages against the smooth one that won.
The wider author record is kept just as narrowly: for the physics account, he is endorsed by Prof. Jorge Goncalves Cardoso (UDESC); endorsement registered with arXiv (gr-qc).
The series' mission statement is four words long — "Tell them I jumped" — and its standing law is one sentence: loneliness is love with nowhere to go.
This page is the author's front door: the five books in reading order, the series page Amazon never gave him, and — below — the doors to the rest of the man's work, each in its own place.
